  Horribly long wait, staff couldn't seem to be able to handle volume. Definately not fast food.

  I ordered a Veggie Meal through Drive Thru. First of all it's an annoying and confusing to reach them and the drive thru. But I was starving and the convenience of the location near the airport made me drive through the maze. I picked up the meal went round and parked to take bite. It smelled funny- so I opened the burger and it was a MEAT burger. They gave me the wrong order. Mistakes happen. I haven't eaten meat since I was born and I frankly would have puked had I taken a bite. I drove thru the maze and reached them and told them the order was wrong. The lady said I will fix it up. She did. Gave me my correct order. However there's no sincere apology, very casual. I only said its a very sensitive matter for me and she said "yeah yeah mix up or bag" totally disregarding my feelings and absolutely making me feel like I was not taking it my stride. In customer service when the service people make mistakes they have to be empathetic and make the customer feel their feelings were acknowledged ! Oh well whatever, I understood, it was mutual. They don't need me as a customer and I surely don't need that attitude. Sometimes I feel every time I order Veggie Burger I get very different look/treatment, may be because it's not the 100s they sell - I don't know what it is. Once in Garden City Branch (2yrs ago) I asked for a special Veggie Burger which was a limited edition. When I opened it , it again smelled different - I went to the counter to ask if there was any animal product- staff didn't know. The manager came up and said, hmm no animal meat only calf enzymes! Well that was one meal that went in the bin, no refund no apology. I didn't expect it coz some people are just ignorant. It's funny in Food Business people can take specifications so casual. Imagine if someone really died of an item that wasn't supposed to be in the food! Anyways. I ain't going Hungry to Jacks.

  Tried this place three time. Absolutely terrible. Foods sloppy staff are rude and regretted spending my money there every time. Never going back, each times been more dismal than the last.
